Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

We want you to walk in first — and feel great doing it. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it:

• Return window: 30 days from the date of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
• How to return: Email us at returns@classactshop.com to initiate a return.
• Refunds: Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Final sale items: Marked-down or promotional items are final sale and not eligible for return.
